Brad Dolce

Brad Dolce leads Sonwil’s logistics and transportation divisions as Vice President of Logistics Operations. He focuses on scaling the capabilities and market expansion of these teams. As a Certified Lean Professional, Brad is an expert at finding ways to drive down costs, fine tune processes and optimize the logistics and transportation distribution networks.

With more than 13 years’ experience in supply chain and logistics management, Brad is known for a collaborative and team-first leadership style, which helps everyone on the team grow and find new, creative solutions.

Outside of work, Brad loves keeping up with Formula 1. It is a great reminder of how strategy, data and precise execution are key to coming out on top.
