Tara Harper-Senese

Tara Harper-Senese serves as Vice President of Strategic Development for the logistics and transportation divisions. She oversees financial management, strategic planning and organizational administration. Tara works to ensure teams and initiatives are aligned with the company’s goals and are executed efficiently. She focuses on creating seamless processes that allow clients to concentrate on their business while benefiting from Sonwil’s expertise.

Tara has over 14 years of experience in the logistics industry. She started in billing administration and has continued to grow with the organization. As a Certified Lean Professional, Tara has gained broad expertise in analyzing data, optimizing processes and leading cross-functional teams.

Tara enjoys staying active, traveling and cheering on her children at their soccer and lacrosse games. After studying abroad, she spent a year teaching English in the southern part of Spain and looks forward to returning whenever possible.
