Samantha Hubbard

Samantha Hubbard is Vice President of Operations at Sonwil Distribution Center. She oversees warehouse strategic planning and operations. As a liaison between the executive and operational teams, Samantha supports adherence to company goals while supporting the team to drive operational efficiency. She also collaborates with Sonwil’s clients and partners to help them achieve their long-term goals.

Raised in the warehousing and logistics industry, Samantha has held diverse roles throughout her career. She expanded her experience at a major warehousing and distribution company before joining the family business. Samantha was responsible for managing multiple warehouses, ranging up to 1.2 million square feet, while overseeing KPI adherence and employee, financial and customer relations. From 2022-2024, Samantha co-hosted the International Warehouse Logistics Association (IWLA) Essential Course and is currently serving a three-year term on the IWLA Board.

Samantha enjoys traveling and hiking with her husband and daughter. One of their favorite destinations, thus far, is South Africa. She is also a enthusiastic college and NFL football fan and loves cheering on her favorite teams. Go Vols & Go Bills!
