Scott Ernst, P.E.

Scott Ernst, P.E. serves as the President of Sonwil Distribution. He leads the organization’s strategy, business development and enterprise-wide performance while cultivating a culture of winning. As a strategic and altruistic leader, Scott is known for bringing fresh perspectives to complex challenges and enabling clients, partners and team members to reach their highest potential.

With more than 30 years of experience, Scott has held executive, operational, general and project management roles across energy, construction-related and consulting industries. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and Six Sigma Black Belt.

Scott is also an avid runner and golfer outside of work. He enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, playing poker and traveling, especially to Ireland. Scott has even traveled to all fifty U.S. states with Kansas completing the list.
